D&#8217;origine hollandaise, nous sommes arriv\u00e9s en m\u00e9tropole il y a plus de 16 ann\u00e9es : avant Barjac et N\u00eemes, nous habitions \u00e0 Ray-sur-Sa\u00f4ne (d\u00e9partement de la Haute Sa\u00f4ne, en Bourgogne-Franche-Comt\u00e9) au \u00ab Domaine du Bac \u00bb, un bled enti\u00e8rement restaur\u00e9 consistant de trois maisons, situ\u00e9es aux bords de la Sa\u00f4ne, dans les zones inondables m\u00eame. Heureusement le Domaine du Bac se trouvait sur une butte, afin de rester au sec. Mais parfois nous \u00e9tions isol\u00e9s du reste du monde, quand une crue inondait notre chemin.<\/p>\r\n<p>Quinze ann\u00e9es nous avons v\u00e9cu au Domaine du Bac. Nous y avons appris de parler Fran\u00e7ais (avec un tout petit accent n\u00e9erlandais, bien-s\u00fbr) mais nous maitrisons le n\u00e9erlandais, l&#8217;allemand et l&#8217;anglais \u00e9galement. Depuis 2013 nous nous trouvions seuls au domaine, apr\u00e8s d&#8217;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 terroris\u00e9s par un voisin qui ne semblait pas aimer les \u00e9trangers, ni les homos (alors, il n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas \u00ab fan \u00bb de nous deux !) ; heureusement nous avions pu le convaincre de nous vendre sa maison. Depuis, il n&#8217;y avait rien autour de nous qui pouvait nous emb\u00eater.<\/p>\r\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vendre le Domaine du Bac en 2022 : le domaine \u00e9tait simplement devenu trop grand pour l&#8217;entretenir comme il fallait. Un acte de vente a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e le 14 octobre 2022. Les nouveaux propri\u00e9taires nous permettaient de rester au Domaine encore un petit moment, ce qui nous permettait de chercher une nouvelle maison en toute tranquillit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Au lieu d&#8217;acheter une nouvelle maison nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de LOUER. \u00c7a nous donne plus de flexibilit\u00e9 sans diminuer le confort. Nous avons cru de pouvoir nous r\u00e9habituer au bruit. Pour les bruits de la ville, ceci \u00e9tait vrai, mais quand nous commencions d&#8217;avoir des nuisances sonores des voisins, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager de nouveau et de nous installer pr\u00e8s d&#8217;une petite ville \u00e0 la campagne : \u00e0 Barjac.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1234 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/hansetpeter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/villa_costette-28-4733-300x158.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"158\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hansetpeter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/villa_costette-28-4733-300x158.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/hansetpeter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/villa_costette-28-4733-1024x540.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/hansetpeter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/villa_costette-28-4733-768x405.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/hansetpeter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/villa_costette-28-4733.jpeg 1421w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>L\u00e0 nous avons pu louer une maison de campagne, vieille mais confortable : un peu \u00e9loign\u00e9e de la ville et de la route, au calme, et sans nuisances des voisins. Nous y sommes install\u00e9s le 22 Novembre 2023, et \u00e7a nous a plu directement. Pr\u00e8s de la limite du Gard et de l&#8217;Ard\u00e8che, et pas loin de la Loz\u00e8re, on est dans une r\u00e9gion splendide, et nous nous amusons tous les jours en faisant des petits promenades, des tours en voiture (\u00e9lectrique) et des repas en restaurant.
